So the other day I thought to myself that I have way too many thoughts to not put them down somewhere. And then I remembered I have this blog. So I've decided my, "something constant", will be to relay the randomness of my life through this blog.
My life, as expected, is going in so many different directions. I'm just happy I'm able to keep up with myself. I'm a bit all over the place.
Again, these posts might come off a bit scattered at times, but you have to keep in mind while reading, that this is exactly how all these thoughts process everyday. It's amusing, and a little bit A.D.D.

FLHoliday2010
So I went home for the Holidays! I used to be the , "let's go out and party" type, but for some reason I didn't feel like being out as much when I was home. And the only time I agreed to go out with the girls, everything that could possibly go wrong happened to me all in one night! I will NEVER ever go to Dwn. Town Ft. Lauderdale again!
I got thrown up on while washing my hands in the bathroom, groped by some guy in v.i.p, and some weird guy kept trying to dance with me while my friends were boxing me in. We luckily got some good pictures out of our night, despite my bad luck.
I'd post more pictures of my stay, but I seriously spent most of my time with my mother in church or home with her watching her Teleserye's! Gotta love bonding with mommy :D
I did however, stop by Vanquish Studios to discuss a few things that might be in the works for this year! Definitely keeping our fingers crossed for it! Loved the place and the gentlemen were more than welcoming!
This trip brought me so much closer to my family, I'm making it a priority to see my family more this year and hopefully make it in the Studio!

Last thoughts before falling asleep...
I feel so blessed and thankful for the people I have in my life.
You can try to block out the negative people and negative comments. But when it comes down to it, somehow or someway, it gets to you. You think to yourself, you try so hard to be who you are and remember to just be kind to everyone you meet. So why is it that this is getting to you?
You need to remember that you can’t make everyone happy. The ones who are the most negative, are the ones who are either jealous, or just hurt. I’ve heard everything said about me from, “She’s so cute!” to “She’s such a b*tch”. I’ve dealt with a lot of that in the past, and even up until now. If you think about it, the one’s who think negatively of you, are the ones who don’t really know you all that well.
I’m just glad that I can turn to the people I’ve known for years.
And I’m not saying that all friendships are perfect and you get along just great with the people you’re closest to. Because we’re all different with different opinions, but it’s the honesty and acceptance of the opinions that make your friendship that much stronger.
And as for the people who make their conclusions about you based on what they’ve heard from others, those people shouldn’t matter. They clearly can’t think for themselves. So it’s really nothing to you.
Forgive, forget, and enjoy life. It’s too short to miss out on the percentage of this earth’s amazing people! And remember to always be thankful, grateful, and just plain happy, because you know who you are and you are blessed with so much more than what everyone else see’s on the outside.
Final note: The best friends are the ones you don’t need to talk to every single day. But when you see them it’s as if you just saw them yesterday!

A Great Way to Start Off the Week!
Met up with Syesha and had such a great time catching up! I'm definitely not one for Indian food BUT I am definitely making an exception for Avatar's! It was amazing!!! I'm glad I gave it a chance, so good! Made a new friend, @ChesterGregory! Super sweet and tons of fun! Follow him on twitter if you haven't yet! He's on Dreamgirls as well as Sye. It was great catching up with good friends and ending the night with a hilarious movie!

Writing.
I've been trying to write a couple songs these past few days. Feeling inspired! The one I'm working on at the moment, is something I feel a lot of ladies can relate to. It definitely is not a topic that I'm going through at the moment, but I can say I've been there , done that, and moved on!

#NOH8
After finding out some of the opinions people had on the decision to overturn Prop8 I felt uneasy. Closed- minded people make me sad and really some of the things people have been saying. You act as if gays are something to look down upon. Honestly if you have nothing nice to say, don't say it... EVER...AT ALL! The nerve of some people!
That also applies to a lot of other things. It's the general courtesy line that's been taught to everyone since preschool. I mean really now...
On the upside, let's celebrate equality at it's finest and hope that everything else turns for the better!!!
